I'm unsure if you are aware but I play music on a station called Kick Radio. If you haven't heard of it, well then, it's a darn good thing you're reading this, because you've been missing out. Kick Radio is the best dance radio station IN THE WORLD, I tell you what.
And I'm not just saying that because I play on there every Sunday. No, not because Kick Radio is a United Kingdom based site where my show is LIVE at 8pm to 9:30pm(their time)making that from 2pm to 3:30pm Winnipeg time, that Kick is amazing, no, not because I play incredibly good music every week that's not why. And it's not the finest radio station online because I've been with the station about 3 years now, and it's hard to believe I was one of the first to ever play on the station, I have so many fond memories and there are always good times abound for me chatting with everyone. And it's not the most awesome online broadcaster because Kick Radio DJ's host international guest mixes and guest appearances from around the world, from the likes of Pleasurekraft, Rainer Weichhold, Tube & Berger, Jay Lumen, Boy George, Fedde Le Grand, Judge Jules,Serotonin Thieves, Phaeleh, Tomcraft and many more, nope, that's not the reason it's the most amazing internet based dance radio station.
The reason Kick Radio is the most high qualtiy and fun site to get your Jungle, Dubstep, Trance, Techno,House, Breaks, Indie Bands, Electro and all shapes and forms of EDM is because it is the only station where you can come on any night/day of the week and hear amazing tunes played by some of the nicest and most unique DJ's anyone has ever heard! Realizing in 1995 that the music coming from the underground was what would bring life to the night for years to come, I became a EDM junkie. I find myself spinning a diverse range of genres including House, Breaks, and Progressive(whatever that is). My desire to work the tables and supply the chunky beats, driving bass lines, symphonic riffs and hypnotic vocals started the very first time I saw a DJ throw it down.
Attending events in Winnipeg for the past 15+ years has made me crave bringing music to the masses more and more, until finally in June of 2006 I took the plunge into the art of spinning wax. I also love to dance and support the local scene and international culture every chance I can get. I have played out for the wicked Winnipeg crowds for 4 years, thanks to the Winnipeg promoters who helped get my foot in the door and all those who allowed and continue to allow me to rock the dance floors, it's been a great experience each and every time. I think everyone should listen to a Dj drop the fresh tracks, it will feed your compulsion, get you inspired and set your soul on fire.
